IBIS – Adagio Hotel Project

This project involves construction of Ibis Hotel & Adagio Hotel Apartments at Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia. It includes the construction of 3-star hotel and 4-star hotel apartments located at King Faisal Road, AI-Khobar. Ibis Hotel & Adagio Hotel Apartments will feature 400 rooms. Al Dammam Development Company has signed Management agreements with world-leading hotel group Accor International, A French company specialized in the field of hospitality, including Sofitel, Novatel, IBIS and etc., under this agreements, Al Dammam Development Co. will construct IBIS and Adagio which will be managed by Accor International Group
